Each design is printed after you order it, so production takes 1 to 4 business days, then delivery within the US typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on where you live and the carrier. Those are honest typical ranges, not guarantees ~ around holidays and long weekends, allow a few extra days (the carriers get as busy as the raccoon on trash night).
The moment your order leaves production you get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or says delivered when nothing arrived, write to support@amazoomania.com and we will chase the carrier and make it right.
